There is nothing as refreshing as a cold glass of lemonade on a warm Spring or Summer day! This Old Fashioned Pink Lemonade with cranberry juice reminds me of the lazy days of summer vacation as a kid.
2 cups white sugar
9 cups water
2 cups fresh lemon juice
1 cup cranberry juice, chilled
Mint leaves or lemon slices (optional garnish)
- In large pitcher combine sugar, water, lemon juice and cranberry juice.
- Stir to dissolve sugar.
- Serve over ice with optional garnish.
