This White BBQ Sauce is a great alternative to the traditional tomato-based BBQ sauce.
Try it on smoked or grilled chicken either as a basting sauce or a finishing sauce. It’s also great as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers or chicken wings!
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1.2 tsp. kosher sale
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
- Serve immediately or chilled.
