Food Mingle Blog original article has been published in ‘The Cook’s Cook’ Online Magazine!

I am so excited to share with you that my original piece titled, “My Food Safety Obsession” has been published in the online magazine titled, The Cook’s Cook.  Featured in The Opinionated Chef section, the full-page piece tells about my new found interest in food safety and sanitation.

Denise Landis is the sole proprietor, publisher and editor-in-chief of The Cook’s Cook, a full length, digital magazine, published every other month ( The marketing tag line for The Cook’s Cook is:  A Magazine for Cooks, Food Writers & Recipe Testers.  She launched the magazine almost one year ago. The Cook’s Cook has amassed over 60,000 page views and 500,000+ Twitter followers, via @TheCooksCook (including me – @FoodMingleBlog).  It is a free magazine supported by advertising and their social media services department, which for a monthly fee brings their clients a targeted, screened following to increase their presence in social media.

You might recall that I interviewed Ms. Landis for a paper for my Introduction to Hospitality class – I found her to be gracious, knowledgeable, and talented.
