Recipe: Beer Slush

Need I say more?

Ingredients:
One 12-ounce bottle of your favorite lager or Belgian white beer

Directions:

  1. Pour beer into a shallow baking dish and freeze.
  2. Scraping it with a fork every 30 minutes for 2 hours.
  3. Spoon the granita (slush) into glasses and top with a drizzle of lemonade or limeade concentrate.

Food Mingle Blog Alternatives and Substitutions:

  • I used a frosted mug to make this even more interesting!

Yield: 1 serving
