Here’s a great alternative to grilled corn with butter. Try a sprinkle of cayenne pepper and some lime juice to give it some unexpected zip.

Ingredients:
Corn on the cobb
Lime wedges
Cayenne Pepper (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Remove husks from corn.
  2. Grill corn until slightly charred.
  3. Serve with lime wedges and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
