Just in time for your holiday gathering or new year’s eve celebration, this tangerine champagne is a nice change of pace from plain champagne or mimosas. For a crowd, multiply the recipe and serve in a large punch bowl with ice and fruit.
1 part tangerine juice
1 part Champagne, or other sparkling wine of choice
Blueberries, for garnish
- In a Champagne glass, pour in the tangerine juice and Champagne.
- Garnish with a few blueberries and serve
