Make the most of Autumn by indulging in this frothy, pumpkin and banana smoothie, either as a breakfast beverage or a mid-day treat.
1 cup milk
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
1/2 cup yogurt
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
1 frozen banana
- Combine the milk, pumpkin purée, yogurt, maple syrup, pie spice, vanilla and banana in a blender.
- Blend until combined.

- For a thicker result, use Greek yogurt.
- A drizzle of honey will add some sweetness.
- If your banana is not frozen, add some ice to cool down this smoothie.
